the text filter was a really good idea ,but i think it would be easier if the option was among options within the book not in the setting each time i try to use it i copy the text and exit the book then i go to settings i paste the text then go bk to the book, and if there are multiple sentences i have to repeat this for as many

    PDF books that have page numbers and headers on them(eg, all of them) read the page numbers and header on each page, and this is really unfortunate. I can tell it to skip the word “Introduction,” but that just means that moving forward it’s not going to say when something is an introduction. I can spend the time to input each likely page number, and tell it not to read any of them, but this is going to end up problematic within texts that use numerals rather than text for numbers used in the text. It feels necessary to add a simple way to clean this up. maybe it already exists but I just haven’t found it yet.
