Playback Stops After 1–3 Paragraphs Despite Lifetime Subscription

I have a lifetime subscription, but playback keeps stopping after 1–3 paragraphs with “Ultra Voice rate limited. Use the Fallback Voice in Settings.” I’m not even using Ultra Voice, only regular voices, but it still doesn’t work. Please fix this.
