PDF no eye or the dot that pulls page to current sentence being read

PDF does not have eye or dot (upside-down drop) that scrolls the page down to the current sentence being read on second page (enlarged page o read along) EPUB does. But neither scroll down as it is read. Must be manually scrolled down. When it turns the page it does scroll to the top to begin reading.

Kindle documents borrowed from library to be read In Kindle scroll as they are read. My other books in my Kindle also scroll as read and have eye on second page but not dot to go to reading place because it is not necessary.

Would be nice if PDF and EPUB were fixed.
