Offline saving of mp3/m4a.
Would love the ability to export an mp3 or just save the full transcription offline. Would be great for plane trips for example.
user can be able to download the audio of whole single book and listen to it offline. If this is possible then it would be a nice feature as many times during travel there is network issue.

Hi,
Regarding offline support: this is something we’ve been thinking about.
The main challenge is that full offline book downloads can be easily misused and may lead to very high processing and costs on our side.
To make it sustainable, we’re considering placing reasonable limits — for example, allowing one or two full-book downloads per week.
We’d really value your input on this:
Do you currently use any other apps that allow full audio downloads?
If so, how do they handle limits or offline access?
Could you share a bit more about your specific use case? For example, are you mainly listening while traveling, in low-signal areas, or for long-term storage?
Your feedback will help us design this feature in a way that’s useful while keeping the service sustainable for everyone.
Thanks again for your support, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

I understand the potential for some users to abuse this feature, which is why I believe a limit of 1-2 books per week is reasonable. There’s an app called Paper2Audio that converts PDF and EPUB files into audio format. It offers free users up to 56 hours of audio per week and even allows syncing these files to an RSS feed, enabling file access to podcasts app, I particularly use Aisten to save files for offline listening by downloading the files.
I’m not sure if this solution would work for you, but it’s definitely worth considering. I truly hope this feature gets implemented in the future—it has my full support!

This. I use paper2audio for that reason. I paid for pro lifetime thinking I would be able to download entire books. I feel tricked/cheated that I can’t.

I’ve been using this app every single day, and I’ve tried just about every alternative out there — nothing comes close in terms of simplicity and ease of use. It’s genuinely become part of my daily routine.
That said, there’s one area I’d love to see improved: offline listening. Whether I’m on the underground, mid-flight, or somewhere with no signal, I really miss having access to the app. The offline voices currently available are noticeably worse in quality, and that gap makes the experience feel inconsistent compared to what I’m used to.
I completely understand the challenges around costs and potential misuse, but I think there are some ways to approach this thoughtfully:
A premium offline tier — Charge more for the ability to download high-quality voices. Users who rely on the app heavily would likely pay for it, and it offsets the cost naturally.
Third-party voice imports — Allow users to bring in voices from other apps or sources, giving them flexibility without requiring you to host everything yourselves.
Usage-based offline credits — Reward active listeners by converting online usage time into offline access (e.g. 2 hours of online listening unlocks 1 hour of offline playback). This incentivises engagement and keeps the system fair.
I hope this is helpful — I’d love to see the offline experience catch up to the rest of the app, which is already excellent.
