lol, I don’t think this is anywhere close to being a reality. How about we try a get the English models to stop randomly choosing to translate English into French first. Or understand that the word “I’ve” literally never begins with the letter “L” or the number “1”. It’s always “I” and it never guesses “I”. Now you want it to read ahead and correctly under stand the difference between “said Jim” and “said to Jim”? Where “said Jim” is male voice and “said to Jim” means a parallel context search, both ahead and behind the dialog, to find what character is most likely the one saying that sentence to Jim.
Only way I could see something like this happen is if either the community or publishers adopt a new standard protocol for ebooks that establishes a meta data standard syntax for using hidden tags to reference every line of dialog in the book with a character hash id. But im not sure why the publishers would feel incentivized to do all that work for us. So it would be on us to tag dialog for other readers enjoyment.

It would also be great if this could be automatic. So it changes automatically between the male and female voices.
