Editing, Table of Contents, Toggle Voice

The ability to edit text after it's been added, especially those that are simply ones you have written yourself or have copy and pasted. The formatting doesn't always come out correctly, and it's tedious to re-make the file in order to edit.

In addition, when we add copy and pasted text, being able to add our own table of contents would be beneficial. Right now, I book mark sections to create a faux table of contents for myself, but it's not perfect.

The last thing is the ability to toggle on or off automatic voice reading on opening an book. A lot of times I open a book to check it's contents, or I want the voice to read from a point later in the book, not at the beginning, and I have to immediately pause it's reading.
