audio freezes probably due to epub format issue

I uploaded a french epub. when I view it through tts reader it has split a piece of dialogue over two sections with the closing » on its own line. in other readers the « and » are in one paragraph.

when tts reader reaches the » it freezes. screenshot attached.

Great app btw. best voices of any e-pub reader I've tried.
