Intelligent contextual memory

I would like to suggest adding an intelligent contextual memory feature, similar to a "Build Consistent Terminology" function. The goal would be to enable the application to store the context of a book in order to maintain a consistent and faithful translation throughout the reading experience, including across different chapters. This memory could automatically retain essential information from the story, including: • Characters: Their names, nicknames, relationships, characteristics, and roles in the story. • Terminology: Recurring terms, specific expressions, and their preferred translations. • Narrative context: Important events, previously revealed information, and details necessary to understand what happens next. • Writing style and tone: Each character’s speaking style, habitual expressions, and the nuances of their dialogue. • Translation consistency: Preventing names, expressions, and previously translated terms from changing meaning or wording from one chapter to another. Ideally, this memory would persist throughout the entire book and automatically be used when translating subsequent chapters. Users should also be able to view, edit, correct, or delete stored information. The goal is not simply to maintain a glossary of words and their translations, but to give the application a persistent contextual understanding of the book, allowing each new chapter to be translated with full consideration of previously read content. This feature would be particularly useful for readers of novels, web novels, and long-form stories, where narrative continuity and translation consistency are essential. Thank you for your continued work on TTS Reader and for considering this suggestion.

Selecting and mass editing text

I like using this app, but I have a major issue with the fact that the watermark of the text gets read, which becomes distracting when driving. I do not want to go into text editor to delete these watermarked pieces of text and I hope there could be a faster way to mass edit text, like a find and delete feature.

Reader for study apps

Syncing the reader for study apps would be a game changer. As of now you have to copy and paste individual text, but what if you could multitask by having the option to read texts already in apps (somewhere on your screen or maybe on the keyboard) and read aloud

Copy Current URL in Web Mode

Feature suggestion: Allow users to copy the current page URL while using Web Mode When content is imported from a website, the app allows users to switch to Web Mode and interact with the original webpage. On websites with content spread across multiple pages — for example, novels where each chapter has a “Next Chapter” button — users can navigate to the next page within Web Mode. It would be useful to have a small Copy Link / Copy Current URL button in Web Mode. For example, after navigating from Chapter 10 to Chapter 11 inside Web Mode, I could simply copy the URL of Chapter 11, return to the import screen, paste it, and import that chapter. Currently, this type of workflow requires leaving the app, opening the website again in a browser, navigating to the next page, copying the URL, returning to the TTS app, and then importing it. A Copy Link button would allow the entire process to stay inside the app: Import page → Web Mode → Navigate to next page → Copy current URL → Import next page It would also make it much easier to import several sequential pages or chapters in advance. Since Web Mode already allows navigation between pages, exposing the URL of the currently displayed page — even just through a simple copy-link icon — could make importing multi-page web content considerably quicker and more convenient.

Low volume voices

Some of the voices are very low, would like to see a volume boost button added to bring up the sound so other apps that I’m using at the same time don’t blow out my ear drums when they have something to say at the same time I’m using this app.

More advanced typography please.

Hy. First of all I really like how the app is reading but I don't understand the listening and reading sections. You get a somewhat better look on reading section but without the control of necessary calligraphy options what an ebook reader should do (size, margin, type, background, line spacing, justifying). On listening mode your get a plain text with a neglected experience. Previously I used Narrly a lot and I liked the simple but followable texts. For example if I listen an interview it's hard to know when comes the interviewer and when the person because the paragraphs are sometimes mixed and lacks of font formatting like bold and italics. If I want to follow it on the reading section the font are too small and I don't get the active paragraphs highlights. So again I like the app very much. You did a great job. Just some features annoys me. Thank you.

Turn off Auto-Detect Language

I have my default language set to English, and the novel is in English, but for certain sentences and onomatopoeia the voice changes from my set voice (Ava) to a Punjabi accent or British accent or others. My offline voice is Sam, so it’s not jumping to this. For example, “Pardon?” almost always gives me a British accent. Every time this happens I have to pause the app to read the sentence because I have Ava set to 1.2x speed, and the other voices in 1.2x sounds like a chipmunk at that speed. This used to happened with PocketBook App’s tts as well, until I turned off “auto-detect language” which immediately fixed this issue. I am wondering if something similar is happening here. Thank you.

Pronunciation Guide

For some words or names, the AI does its best. But it would be nice to be able to correct it. Like if it is saying a word, you can record yourself saying it and it copy how you pronounce it. Certain voices get names wrong while others get them right
